Privacy
This note says what this website does with information. It is plain language, not a contract. Mitenna is operated by Bizintelio. Questions go to hello@mitenna.com.
This website
The marketing pages do not include an analytics product, and the site code does not set its own cookies.
The demo request form uses Vercel BotID so a script cannot submit it in bulk. That check can store a short-lived token in the browser. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not follow you around the web.
Booking a live demo
The homepage does not start a voice call. To see Mitenna with your business, leave your name, business and email. A phone number and a short message are optional.
We use those details to contact you about the demo. We do not sell them.
If you email us
Mail to hello@mitenna.com is used to reply to you. A pilot is a separate conversation.
A data processing agreement is available on request.
Customer data in the product
You decide what Mitenna can see. It works without access to your records system, and you choose what, if anything, gets connected.
You decide what gets saved. Call summaries and bookings go to your own dashboard, and nothing else is shared or sold.
Voice processing is moving to EU-hosted providers. That move is in progress.
